The Mango Project help all Honey Gold mangoes with cosmetic imperfections sneak off our farm in Carnarvon where they are given a second chance to be loved amongst farmers markets in Perth, and pop up stalls across WA. Whatever isn’t sold there is now transformed into premium dried mango chunks — capturing that peak tropical summer flavour all year round.

These mangoes might once have had a quirky shape or a cheeky mark, but they make up for it with their exceptional flavour and sweetness.
