We re-purpose aussie mangoes from wasteful to tasteful
The Mango Project give a second chance to delicious fruit that doesn't meet supermarket standards.
For over 50 years, our family has been growing produce for WA families from our farm in Carnarvon. Over the last 25 years growing Honey Gold mangoes, it’s been the fate for tonnes of fruit to be buried on the farm because of sunburn or blemishes. Rather than waste these mangoes with cosmetic imperfections, we bring our fresh fruit to farmers markets, and partner with like-minded people to create unique treats celebrate flavour over appearance.
Our mission stems from The Mango Project’s Roots: the fruit tree (our food), the family tree (our people) and the tree house (our environment). We guide our social campaigns with these models in mind to work towards peace and equality, as well as environmental initiatives that keep our land thriving.

Our Current Partners
🥭 Sulli Bros Plantation, Carnarvon
On the family farm, they harvest all the mangoes that get a little too scorched or scraped under the coastal sunshine and sea breeze of the Gascoyne, so we can spread their sweetness across the state.
🍇 Aussie Dried Foods, Margaret River
Our partners in creating Cheeky Chunks dried mangoes. Their value driven operation helps transform our hardest to rescue fruit into premium dried treats with no additives — just pure mango goodness.
🥤 Willarra Gold, Manjimup
Collaborating to create our Mango and Passionfruit Soda. They’re combining our farm’s rejected fruit with their own, for a refreshing WA-made drink that celebrates local flavours and tastes just like summer.
